Aldar Properties PJSC has been noted; it is a leading Property Developer in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Company has a proven track record of establishing a business model that is sustainable and diverse, and includes property development as well as property investment. There are two principal categories of business for Aldar Properties PJSC: Aldar Development and Aldar Investment.

Aldar Development builds entire communities with a mix of residential and commercial assets on large parcels of developed land located in prime positions within the Abu Dhabi region, including: Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Reem Island and Al Raha. In addition, Aldar Development manages Aldar's land bank consisting of approximately 65m sq metres. To support the effective management of the company's land bank and develop many initiatives, Aldar Development has established three different operating units; Aldar Projects, an Aldar fee-based Development Management business that has AED45bn worth of government infrastructure and housing projects currently under way; Aldar Ventures, which supports the creation and development of innovative new businesses and industries; and Aldar Egypt, which has been created to develop and support mixed-use communities in Egypt.
