IFA Hotels and Resorts (IFA HR) is a global leader in the construction of mixed-use hotel and residential resort developments and a luxury leisure service provider based in Kuwait and listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange. IFA HR is currently focused on two aspects, given that it has a large global presence of luxury vacation and residential properties. Firstly, to sustain its core businesses in the current markets through high-quality products provision to customers; secondly, to spearhead growth into residential operating companies that offer both retail and wholesale property management services. With several of the company's projects transitioning out of the building to the completion phase, IFA HR established Strive Services Group (SSG) to deliver integrated property services to the operational assets of the company. Mixed SSG has unveiled the new brands of Strive Facilities Management, Candoo and Bespoke Property Management to diversify its business in the hospitality and residential property asset classes. Strive Services Group offers combined services to the asset portfolio of operations of the third-party and the IFA HR, including its hotels, hotel condominiums, commercial, retail, and food and beverage enterprises.
