Sharjah Holding has developed an innovative and unique way to grow the economy since its formation in 2008. It was made possible through a strategic alliance between two large, corresponding organisations: Sharjah Asset Management and Majid Al Futtaim Properties (MAFP). The development model created by Sharjah Holding integrates support for all types of economic growth, along with providing premium housing and lifestyle within the Emirates, whilst respecting the historical character of the Emirates, its cultural identity and social equity. The combined efforts between MAFP and the Government of Sharjah (represented by Sharjah Holding) have provided the opportunity to build an unprecedented experience of developing new economic paradigms which promote the continuation of the Emirates' wealth and accomplishments.
Building on the foundation of our joint human capital and partner organisations, we will be able to expand our ongoing growth initiatives with additional developments/projects that support the vision of the wise government of Sharjah. As a result, this will guarantee the welfare and well-being of the citizens of Sharjah. We will also remain committed to developing our land bank and diversifying our project offerings, whilst executing necessary infrastructure improvements to support the growing needs of our residents.
