Pantheon Development was a simple and strong one, to not only have a home that is an architectural masterpiece, but also have a living and breathing community. Pantheon was founded by Kalpesh Kinariwala, and it started with the realisation of a gap within the Dubai real estate production: the lack of high standards, functional and luxurious houses to meet modern life demands, without requiring a long queuing time and high cost, as in the case of high-end residential housing.

Since the very beginning of our project, we were determined to do more than what a residential building can offer. Our mission was to make places where families would develop, friendships could be built, and life could thrive. The spaces we work in have been the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) over the years, where the meaning of affordable luxury is set in Dubai in terms of delivering what is promised before the due time over and over again.

We feel that at Pantheon, we make homes with heart. Our upward success as one of the reliable developers of Dubai is the test of our uncompromising emphasis on quality, customer satisfaction, and community-oriented living. Nowadays, we are growing further than JVC, and offering new possibilities to home-owners and investors in Dubai and elsewhere, at the same time remaining faithful to our principles of the time, i.e. innovation, trust and willingness to make dream-homes come true.
